  • Hours of operation

    • Wild Texas Soaps is an online store only, therefore we have no set store hours. Our packaging and shipping address is not open to walk in customers. If you would like a quick response to an inquiry please email the support line at support@wildtexassoaps.com or myself at darianc@wildtexassoaps.com or call (940) 441-7627. If you get voice mail please leave a detailed message including your phone number, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

 

  • Place an Order

    • Our shopping cart is designed to be safe, secure, and easy. You can create an account with us and save your information, or you can place an order without creating a Wild Texas Soaps account.
    • If you do not want to create an account simply begin adding items to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. Keep in mind, if you’re not logged into an account and you navigate away from the Wild Texas Soaps website, you may lose the contents of your shopping cart.

     

    • Coupons and Discounts

      • Follow us on social media to get advanced notice about our sales, discounts and coupons. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.
      • For the most advanced notice of our special coupons (including awesome recipes, tips, and soapy secrets) sign up for our monthly newsletter on www.wildtexassoaps.com. Register your account and your email will automatically be added to a list of subscription requests. You will then receive a confirmation email. You can decide at this time to opt-in or decline the newsletter subscription.  
      • Please remember that all of our coupons are case sensitive and do expire. 
      • About once a year or less, we have a free shipping sale and will post it on all of our social media sites. Do look for it! Otherwise, shipping is based on weight and distance from San Angelo TX and any savings discount we get, we pass down to you.

     

    • Shipping

      • USPS Postal Service normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to one full week to reach you.
      • Additionally, please allow 5 to 10 days for us to create your soaps before shipping.

     

    • International shipping

      • We are not currently shipping internationally. This may change in the future, so keep asking and we’ll let you know the current status.

     

      • Tracking packages

          • Please visit the Tracking link available in the About drop down menu. 
        • Tax Exemptions

          • If you live outside of Texas, Wild Texas Soaps will not charge you sales tax. Please note: your order must be shipped from Wild Texas Soaps to a state other than Texas to be automatically tax-exempt.

           

          • Wholesale

            • Inquire about purchasing our products for wholesale at darianc@wildtexassoaps.com. We are always willing to work with partners to make dreams come true.

           

          • Returns

            • We welcome returns within 45 days of purchase. We will gladly refund the product price for eligible items that are unused and are in sale-able condition. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Shipping, including associated fees and taxes, are at customer’s expense.

            • Please allow us 14 business days to process your return.

           

          • Cancellations/changes

            • Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within one hour of order placement. However, if you have noted in your order that you require expedited shipping (like 2-day Air) we cannot accept any changes, this is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. If your order has already been sent to the warehouse for pulling and packing or is packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders that are cancelled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
            • Please email your changes as soon as possible to support@wildtexassoaps.com. During regular business hours (M-F 8am-4pm) you may call us at (940) 441-7627. Have your credit card information ready for speedy service! If you get the answering machine, please leave a message with your order number and full information for what you wish to have changed. Be sure to leave your phone number too.

           

          • Damaged/Missing Orders

            • We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 45 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels. Please have this information ready when calling or emailing us. Please call us immediately at (940) 441-7627. If you chose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
            • Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing call or email us right away. Have ready your order number and the list of items missing.
            • Any missing, damaged or incorrect items from orders older than 45 days will be issued an in-store credit.    

           

            • Not Receiving a Response?

              • If you don't hear back from us, it is not because we are ignoring you. Your concerns are our first concern and we address each email or call as soon as possible. We do our best to respond within 24 hours during the work week, but we are not always capable of doing so.
              • Make sure you check your spam folder or your junk folder or the trash for our email. Our emails may look like an auto-response. We encourage you to open and read any responses we send you, and always check your spam first to ensure our email was not rerouted.
              • If you are using Gmail you may want to make sure that our emails were not automatically sectioned out into another folder.
              • If you are still not getting a response within 24 hours, please contact us again and make sure you double check that every part of your email address is correct.  

             

            • Out of stock items

              • While we strive to keep all of our products in stock, we do occasionally run out of items. If you place an order and an item goes out of stock while your order is in the warehouse, we will ship out everything else and backorder that product and you will get an email notification. If you prefer to have that backordered item swapped out for something else or removed from your order just let us know by leaving a note on your order and we'll make it happen. 
            • Payment methods

              • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.
              • You are welcome to call in your orders at (940) 441- 7627. We are in the office from 8am to 4pm CST daily but feel free to leave a message if you get our secure voice mail.

             

              • Declined credit cards

                  • The most common reason a card is declined is due to what is called an AVS mismatch for the billing address. This means that the address associated with your card is not the same as what you've entered online. Sometimes this places a pending charge on your card, but this should drop off within 24 to 48 hours.
                    • For security reasons we do not have access to your full credit card number so have that ready when you call us. You can reach us at (940) 441-7627. If we are not able to take your call immediately please leave your name, your phone number, your order number and the issue you are having with your order, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
                      • If your card is declined, Wild Texas Soaps will send an email (to the address associated with the declined order) to let you know. Often it is due to an incorrect address or security code. We take our customer's security very seriously and for that reason we require the exact billing address and security codes for all of our credit card transactions. It is also for security reasons that we do not have access to your full credit card number and ask that you call us at (940) 441-7627 with your credit card information. We will then be able to quickly and safely process your credit card. We do not recommend emailing credit card information - as email is not a secure form of communication. Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.

                        • Environmental pledge

                          • Wild Texas Soaps strives to use only environmentally friendly ingredients, packaging, and preparation products.

                         

                          • Animal Testing

                            • Wild Texas Soaps’ products are not tested on animals, and is cruelty free.

                           

                          • Samples

                            • We do not offer samples by themselves due to the cost of shipping, however a sample may be requested with a purchase and we will be happy to accommodate.

                          Weird Questions:

                          • Less lather with our soaps. Why?

                            • Wild Texas Soaps uses the natural combination of ingredients (usually oil and salt) to produce the lather in our soap bars and body washes (and other products coming soon). Because of this the lather in our natural products is sometimes less abundant than in store bought soaps. So how do big brands get that big bubbly lather? Usually with the help of Sodium Lauryl (or Laureth) Sulfate. There has been some erroneous internet fear created around this ingredient. In reality the only danger you can get from this ingredient is a little skin irritation. Because Wild Texas Soaps markets as a gentle product that works great on sensitive skin we stay away from any ingredients that could cause irritation.

                           

                          • My soap bar is sweating!

                            • It is not unusual to have beading glycerin soap, which is what Wild Texas Soaps uses to make our soaps so wonderful for the skin. The “soap sweat” is called glycerin dew and it is an absolutely normal thing for glycerin to do. Our soap has extra glycerin added to it during the manufacturing process. The good thing about glycerin is that it is a humectant – this means that the glycerin moisturizes by drawing water into itself. The theory is, when you wash with glycerin soap there will be a thin layer of glycerin left behind which will then draw moisture from the air onto your skin (thus moisturizing your skin).
                          • Can I eat it?

                            • We do not recommend ingesting any of our products. While some of them are technically food grade (oils, salts, butters etc . . .) they are stored in a warehouse that is not considered "food-safe" by the FDA. Also our employees are not required to follow food-safe standards like wearing hairnets and masks.
